To Our Community Amidst COVID-19

The impacts of COVID-19 on our community locally and globally have been vast. As an organization that encourages human experience, connection and community, we are acutely sensitive to the effects of fear, illness and social distancing. These are difficult times but we can and will pull through this together. The most important thing want you to know is that our doors are open and we will continue to hold this safe space for everyone.

We are an organization that offers clinics and trips in nature, in wide open spaces and out on our rivers, lakes and oceans. We have always been committed to the safety and well-being of our clients and staff, but we are taking the following extra precautions in regards to our operations:

  • We are reducing our class sizes to a maximum of 8 persons for all of our 2020 clinics and trips.

  • We are suspending any activities that involve close contact with other persons, including roll classes.

  • There are additional hand washing stations, hand sanitizer and disposable sanitizing wipes available at our camps.

  • All of our equipment is cleaned and sanitized after each use, and we are being diligent to keep things disinfected.

  • If you are sick or your flight has been cancelled, please let us know as soon as possible. We will help you reschedule for another time at no additional cost or penalty.

We encourage you to follow local guidelines to ensure the health and safety of everyone. If you’re feeling isolated, confused or lonely, please feel free to reach out to us anytime for a phone call, video chat or email. We want you to know we are here for you.

With love and light,

Melissa DeMarie
