Scholarships
The objective of Cali Collective is to include anyone who wants to participate and become part of our community. We understand that desire and drive do not always match the financial feasibility to enroll in our programs.
Community Outreach
We are a small but growing organization for all humans. Developing community programs that reach into under served demographics — BIPOC, at-risk teens, LGBTQIA+, low-income families, elders on a fixed income — help us achieve our goal of total inclusion. We also work with local organizations and businesses to host workshops with a goal of continuing to build community.
Employment
We are on the rise! Every season we add more clinics and trips to our calendar in all disciplines – whitewater, sea, SUP and kids. When you are a part of the Cali Collective team, you have a voice in program development and a true feeling of ownership in the organization.
