Overview

Take your kayaking to the next level! For the on-water instruction, the class is divided into groups – Whitewater I/II and Whitewater II/III so you can learn with other students at your level.

Clinic Options

Whitewater I/II

We’ll focus on catching eddies, making ferries with finesse, the brace, roll and making good decisions on the river. The goal is to make you a self-sufficient paddler ready to explore the river with friends at the same level.

Please note: This is not an introduction to whitewater kayaking clinic. If this is your first time in a hardshell kayak on a river or if you only have experience in sit-on-top kayaks, inflatable kayaks or lake kayaking, please register for Whitewater Kayaking Clinic I.

Whitewater II/III

This group levels up the skills by learning to make Class 3 moves in Class 2. We’ll explore surfing, catching more challenging eddies and the all important – combat roll.

If you are unsure of which clinic you should sign up for, please read through our Paddling Skill Level Self-Assessment or email info@cwwcollective.com.
