Are you a teenager or almost a teenager ready to take your kayaking to the net level?
For the on-water instruction, the class is divided into 2 groups – Class 2 and Class 2/3. In the afternoon, the class reunites for chill time at camp. In the morning, pack up camp and hit the water for more instruction!
The goal is to make you a self-sufficient paddler ready to explore the river with friends at the same level.
We’ll focus on catching eddies, making ferries with finesse, the brace, roll and making good decisions on the river. (Class 2)
We’ll explore surfing, catching more challenging eddies and the all important – combat roll. (Class 2/3)
If you are unsure of which clinic you should sign up for, please read through our Paddling Skill Level Self-Assessment.
The cost of the clinic includes instruction both days and all the gear you’ll need – kayak, paddle, personal flotation device (PFD), sprayskirt, helmet, wetsuit and paddle jacket. This gear will be there ready for you when you check in to this clinic. Camping at our site on the river available. Parent or guardian required to camp.
All Prices are per person and subject to an 8% fee (Government use and booking fees.) Parent or guardian must be present to camp for this clinic. Tent and camping gear rental available. Email us at info@cwwcollective.com for pricing and details.
