Take your kayaking to the next level with our extraordinary female coaching staff in our Whitewater I/II and II/III kayak clinic. For the on-water instruction, the class is divided into groups – Whitewater I/II and Whitewater II/III so you can learn with other students at your level.
We’ll focus on catching eddies, making ferries with finesse, the brace, roll and making good decisions on the river. The goal is to make you a self-sufficient paddler ready to explore the river with friends at the same level.
This group levels up the skills by learning to make Class 3 moves in Class 2. We’ll explore surfing, catching more challenging eddies and the all important – combat roll.
If you are unsure of which clinic you should sign up for, please read through our Paddling Skill Level Self-Assessment
Want to maximize your learning? Make it a 3-day clinic! Simply choose the option to add the 3rd day during the registration process.
The cost of the clinic includes instruction and all the gear you’ll need – kayak, paddle, personal flotation device (PFD), sprayskirt helmet, wetsuit and paddle jacket. This gear will be there ready for you when you check in to this clinic. Camping at our site on the river available.
All Prices are per person and subject to an 8% Government Use and Service Fee. Students under 18 years of age please contact us BEFORE REGISTERING for prior approval. Tent and camping gear rental available. Please review our cancellation policy PRIOR to booking. We understand things happen, so we highly recommend purchasing trip insurance.
