The Core Coach Training is open to all watersport enthusiasts – paddlers, coaches, instructors, or guides for sea kayaking or SUP – regardless of their discipline or previous experience.
It has proven valuable for Instructors/Instructor Trainers/Instructor Trainer Educators and coaches from other national bodies interested in developing their coaching knowledge and abilities.
The Core Coach Training focuses on Who (the learner) and How (the process) We Coach and supports your coaching development.
Therefore, you will explore different approaches to understanding and enabling learning during this course. You will also be supported in evolving your coaching development plan to take your learning into practice after the course.
